My Approach

I believe that the ability to be 'mindful', and to live in each moment more fully, is an innate quality that everyone possesses; we only have to learn to release our potential. Much like riding a bicycle, mindfulness is a skill that becomes easier with practice. I have found that by working with groups, and with each individual within a group, we begin to unlock our natural ability to experience what is happening now, and to let go of the stories we tell ourselves about our past and future.
